College Place is a privately managed residence hall conveniently located adjacent to the campus of Lewis-Clark State College, directly across from the Student Union building.
Each of the 22 suites offers and air-conditioned, unfurnished shared living space which includes a kitchenette with ample cupboard space, full sized refrigerator and microwave. Each suite has four separate bedrooms, furnished with a bed, wardrobe, study desk and chair. Wireless and wired internet service is included as well as TV cable service in the shared living space and all the bedrooms. A shared bathroom with separate shower room, toilet room and vanity area is centrally located in each suite. Utility, garbage costs and parking are included.
The Common Area features comfortable sitting areas, work tables, TV, foosball table and vending machines. Resident mailboxes and laundry facilites are also located in the Common Area.
