College Place seeks to provide undergraduate housing that is conducive to a healthy living-learning environment.  This is the vision towards which College Place has been striving continuously throughout its existence.

College Place is adjacent to the campus of Lewis-Clark State College.  Each suite offers an air-conditioned, unfurnished shared living space which includes a kitchenette with a microwave and refrigerator.  The kitchenette and restroom are surrounded by four separate bedrooms.  Each bedroom is air-conditioned and furnished with a bed, study desk & chair, and wardrobe.  Wireless and Hardwired Internet and Cable TV are also provided in each bedroom.  Laundry facilities are located in the first floor lobby.
